Pendal is getting ready to launch a new online investor portal

PENDAL will soon introduce a new unit registry service for our Australian-based funds.

Due by March, the new “Mainstream” system will offer clients an industry-leading online investor portal — making it easier and faster to get information about their funds.

Mainstream is a leading fund registry and administration service for fund managers, superannuation trustees and listed companies.

Once fully implemented, clients will be able to use the online portal to:

  • View and download customised reports
  • Access investor statements such as tax, distribution, periodic and quarterly statements
  • View account details such as investor holdings, transactions, distribution details
  • Complete application and customer identification forms online
  • Update account information

What do clients need to do?

Clients will soon receive an “Investor Details” form pre-populated with their investor name, investor number and email address.

It is important that clients carefully check their email address and return completed forms by September 30 to ensure account information and requirements are correct.
